Just a friendly reminder that the couch-to-5k challenge is starting this week! This week’s workouts are all walking, and then running/jogging gets added in next week — 25 min x 1, 30 min x 2.

I did it! Okay - it did actually seem a little anti-climatic to walk 30 mins, so I had to put in 30 seconds of running so I could say I “started running” today. (snicker)
