I got my first spunk yesterday afternoon. I was leaving the grocery store and a friend stopped me. “You’ve been losing weight! I can tell! You look great!”, she said. I confirmed that I’ve lost almost 15 lbs, and she was delighted for me.
I hope it’s the first of many spunks to come my way!
