Ladies,
I just want to encourage you all during this busy time of year. I know that many of you have feast after feasts on the schedule and your running here and there so it seems hard to really follow whatever plan you may be on. I know that you are at the mercy of Aunt Gertie and whatever wonderful meal she has prepared for you but we all can still make wise decisions. You can do this! You can get through the holidays without gaining too much weight. Just be smart. Remember, this season comes every year and at the same time. No big suprises there huh?
We all have many many many more seasons to go (Lord willing) so let this be the first one where you stare temptation in the face and say NO!!! GET THEE BEHIND ME PUMPKIN PIE, PECAN PIE, CHEESECAKE, MASHED POTATOES, STUFFING, CANDIED YAMS…
Good stuff Tami! Thanks!

Tami, that’s such a good point — learning to eat healthy and continue to live healthy during the holiday season is critically important… let’s go girls

That’s great Tami
I’ve been thinking through all the traditional Christmas foods to decide which I’m going to avoid like the plague, and what (if any!) I’m going to treat myself to. I know my weakness is if I have one thing I want another, so it might be better just to really enjoy the healthy stuff and not feed my temptations.
