On the tray, treats are glistening.

I think they look fine, but I won’t make them mine.

In the mall I eyeball lots of new clothes

I’ll have lots of fun in all my new clothes

When my hubby tells me I look FINE!

When you shrink, it’s so thrillin’

Healthy food is so fillin!

I frolic and play, the South Beachy way

    exercise 0, water 7, verses 1. I’ve so got to get back on the ball with exercising! It’s difficult to find the will power after a weeks of being ill. Okay Tami…JUST DO IT!!!!!

    for team GOAL: exercise 0 (injured, still, am hoping to try pilates this week), water 4, verses 0.

  3. 155 - AGAIN - I might be here forever… *sigh* I think my goal has become just to hold steady until I can get past Christmas ’cause my mind is not really on losing right now. I have SO much to get done that I am in eating survival mode. I am still planning menus for my evening meals though and trying to eat a protein and grain for breakfast each day. We are baking a ton of cookies to give away this week for the Boy Scout event we have on Thursday and the Children’s party on Saturday at our church. We are also making some stuff to give away next week, too. I will be good, though. I promise!!! ;)

  8. Ooh, I love the song Blest :grin: HP (my sister) and I have just been singing it loudly ;-)
    I’m at 279.2 (I think that’s down .4)
    Cos the last couple of weeks have been a struggle I’m going back on phase 1 of the beach for this week - starting today.

    water - 7
    exercise - I’ve been poorly most of the week. My voice is back, but not very - it still fails me at times. Also yesterday I had a migraine, which I gt when I’m stressed.
    verses - still a big fat 0 :-(

  10. Doh, I almost forgot that today is the day. I’m trying to finish a couple of short papers for my Bible classes and spent most of the morning on the computer. Grrr.

  11. I am not sure how to comment but this is Elly - I am Debs’s mum. I got excited today becasue I seem to be at a similar stage to Tami and losing weight at about the same rate. I weighed today at 199 which was so exciting. First time under 200 lbs for a long time. I started on SOuth Beach with Debbie and have now lost 21 pounds.
    I have been lurking for a while now and it is so encouraging to read all the posts and comments. Thanks for being there all of you. I may comment again perhaps Debbie will show me how to do it under my own name.

  15. Hi, y’all. I’m holding steady, no change. But I’m hacking up a lung, or maybe two. So I hope I don’t count.

    but I did memorize one verse, and exercised 3 days before I got sick, and I’m drinking tons of water - and have 6 days again.

    My daughter had 8 classmates missing from school today - wonder if they have what I do?

  16. Weight is up part of a pound from last week (which is where it should be ;-) ).

    No exercising for me right now, since doc is keeping an eye on a low-lying placenta. But water was 7 days, unfortunately no scripture either :-(

  19. Sorry so late. It’s been a weird week. I didn’t get to weigh myself until this morning and it was a different scale so it said I was down 1. It might be a big fluctuation next week with the gym scales.

  20. 215/198/160 Down 1. Although I don’t deserve it. Didn’t do well on my diet at all, between all the strep, ear infections, hand foot and mouth disease, et. Same goes for the water and verses.
