    down .4 I’ll take it. LOL. I tried getting back on my ellipital a couple days ago and about 10min later i couldn’t hardly move. It was bad. I’ve got a find another form of exercise. Eating was better this week then last but nowhere near where it should be.

  13. I weighed in at 191…same as last week. I’ll take it since I had a bad weekend. I tried to make up for my weekend though…drove 8 hours on Saturday, baptized my nephew on Sunday and drove back 8 hours on Monday. Well, I should say I rode for 8 hours…my hubby drove. But after we got back yesterday…I headed to the gym for a spin class. :) Dedication baby…!!! :)

  14. I’ll unofficially weight in (and a day late, too. sorry!). I’m the same, which is good considering I haven’t been dieting. But I’m starting over with Phase 1. Yippee!
