Oh how odd? I wrote two comments while logged in and the blog ate them both. Now I try while logged out and it works. Weird.
Anyway, 200/171.4/160
Down 1.4 with the proviso that they weren’t my usual scales because I was still in London with Elly and Debs this morning.
26 exercise points.

216/176/140ish
Down 3 from last week’s bloat session. I have 12 HH points.

168/139/130..Down 1
(Red-faced and typing) Not enough HH points to even report..
My salon did 1043 Haircuts last week so lots of working for me. No excuse really….but just too darn tired when I would finally get home to exercise.

139.4 (jan 2 2008) / 137.8 / 129.4
No change. Which I’m ok with considering I got 1 HH pt this week due to the hip. I definitely didn’t win the challenge!

Down 7 this week. How is everyone else hanging in there who is doing phase 1 again? Its so hard. I keep dreaming about banana muffins for one week from today. I am sticking out for the full 2 weeks cause I am still craving everything in sight. I will be down to at least my lowest by next Monday, if not more! Yeah!!!! I will mot be embarrassed to take my kids swimming this summer! I have decided!!!

132 - Home from skiing. I thought we ate pretty well last week, but I think the potluck with the neighbors last night pushed me over the edge. I’ve got 2 weeks to get myself together before our next trip.
16 HH points due to the fact that we were delayed getting home - the mountain passes were closed - so couldn’t do anything but sit and wait.

232/218/149.9
Down 2.6
Only 13 HH points - a very busy week and weekend, so I didn’t get my usual walking hours in.

239.8/207/199(stg)
Down .4
I should be down more because I worked extremely hard this week but…gotta love that time of the month. We’ll see next week what the scale says. Although this weekend my parents will be visiting, so I’ll have to try extra extra hard to stay on track.
I got all my HH points, 28.

210/148.6/140
Up 2 pounds. That time of the month for me, too.
I did all 28 HH points.

I am down 4! (That takes me to 262.6)
I know that’s cos my body had been all confused about what time zone it’s in and I had to make myself eat Thurs-Sat cos it wasn’t feeling hungry, just tired and cold.
I had something else i was going to say, but I’ve forgotten, so I’ll have to come back later if I remember it!

I have that song in my head now (which is good - On Friday night I had one line from Zombie Jamboree going around and around and around for 2 1\2 hours, which was the time between my body deciding it was bedtime, and my brain thinking it was!)

… and now I’ve got Zombie Jamboree in my head.

220/165.6/168
Actually down .6 this week and equalling my lowest ever. Happy me even though I am not seriously trying to lose now just maintain.
16 HH points which I think might be my best week. lots of walking mainly and swimming once. It has been beautiful weather here this week which helps. The sunshine calls me out although some days there really isn’t time. Had a lovely weekend with all three daughters here to celebrate Debs return. We ate roast beef and Christmas pudding (home made)which was very yummy. Just several late nights so am very tired today. Debs is not really back on London time yet either. And I am having to fight for time on the computer. Fortunately she is now finding her laptop and the wireless network is behaving so that’s good. She just havs to get used to it’s particualr quirks again. PLus its a little old now. Well done Nikki for sticking at the phase 1 and Debs is doing so well. She is looking great.

Yes, but it’s worth it Jana, cos if you’ve got it, then it can’t be in my brain too. Maybe?!
Comment by Debs — February 11, 2008 @ 3:26 pm |Edit This
242.2, up 1
hanging in here. we got the official dx, not unexpected, but still harder to handle than I expected. My youngest child, my almost 4 yo son, has autism. Prognosis: uncertain. He needs to be able to communicate.
anyway, I’m still trying, but mostly just hanging onto the rope asking God to hold on to me.

Comment by Sarah — February 12, 2008 @ 6:49 am |Edit This
I meant 232.6 (realised I’d made myself put on 30 pounds in my weigh-in this week!)
Comment by Debs — February 13, 2008 @ 10:29 am |Edit This
That means I’ve lost more than 60lb now.
Comment by Debs — February 13, 2008 @ 10:36 am |Edit This
