    Down 1.4. I think that’s my third week in a row where I’ve had a loss. Yay! Little by little, the weight’s coming off.

  6. Ok, well I had a lot more hope for what I would lose this last week and it was all crushed when I got on the scale this morning. No change. Still 163/190/150. I am retaining water like a mad woman! So I think next weeks or the week after will be pretty drastic. Oh well.

    Thanks for the encouragement Blest. I needed it!

  8. 153/140/128 - I think down 2 from when I last weighed in…which might have been about three months ago. :( No excuse, I had a bad couple of weeks and felt so discouraged and ‘everybody’ seemed to be doing so well, etc, etc. Then it was Christmas, and then I was embarrassed b/c it had been so long since I’d checked in.

    So…I’m back. I really want to lose this last 12 lbs or so, and soon - especially in case we decide to have another baby, I want to have lost all the weight first. I’ve gone back to work since I was last here - just one morning a week in the office, and then 10-12 hours at home, but boy it sure cuts into my spare time! I do it all when the kids are sleeping, so either early early morning or in the evenings, so finding time to exercise has been a real challenge.

    I’m looking forward to being back here and having some kind of accountability.

    Last week I forgot to check in, but was actually up one pound from the last time I weighed in. Then by the end of the week I was concerned that it would be a humble check in today…but, I’m down 1 from my lowest! :)

  23. I just weighed myself this morning and I’m down another 1.4 to 229.2 (short term goal reached again :-) )
    (It’s that time of the month, so yesterday I thought I was done retaining water, but this morning suggested otherwise!)
    That means I went down 3.4 this week. I know that I haven’t been getting hungry in the mornings and have been having to remind myself to eat. I don’t think I’ve been eating enough carbs - I’ve probably only had one serving or less each day.
    This week I want to try to make sure I fit in more carbs because I know that rapid weight-loss long-term is not good.
    If anyone has a moment this week it’d be good if you could keep me accountable and ask me what I’ve eaten in the last couple of days. Thanks people :-)

  24. This is Mandi just letting you all know I’m alive! I’m at 15 weeks in my pregnancy and the scale is starting to nudge up….man it is really hard when I worked so hard to get it down. But just yesterday someone asked me if I had a miscarriage (apparently because I looked so thin) - hey I’ll take it. ;O) Baby is doing well but I am on “pelvic rest” because I’ve had alot of spotting/bleeding so I’m pretty much limited to the elliptical, yoga, and my strength and balance class right now. I’m still really trying to keep up my exercise habits in hopes that it will make my c-section recovery that much easier. You ladies have all been doing fantastic! Keep up the great work!

  26. Hi everyone! I missed weigh in yesterday. My parents were in town and were leaving in the morning, so it was a hectic morning. I had the day off, so I kept my daughter home and we were out and about all day, so I missed weighing in the morning.

    I was going to weigh in this morning but decided to go this week without weighing in. I didn’t eat very good this weekend and I’m afraid to see what the scale has to say, so I’m back on track this week and will weigh next Monday. :)
