Weigh-in time

The scale doesn’t take a holiday, ladies! It’s that time again!

    I did really well last week and I think my weigh in would have been even better had AF not shown almost a week early AGAIN.

  2. Okay, last week I was 219 but ya know I had a friendly visitor. This week I’m down to 213!!! That would be a total of 16 pounds since beginning this change of my life.

  3. Holding pattern here……….I’ve been bouncing around within a couple pounds. Officially I’m up .8 from last week.

  5. I am officially down only 1 again — to 169 — earlier I was down to 166 so I know I can get there again!!

  6. I’ve been reading OWOA for the last few weeks, and I wanted to start posting, at least on weigh-in days to keep myself accountable even though I’m not officially a member. I’m trying to lose 20 pounds through less eating and more exercise (a simple idea that’s often hard to execute, I know) — a general lifestyle change. It’s working! Here are my numbers:

    145/141/125 (down 2 this week)

  7. 260/249/130(240) down four. Total loss is eleven and I love those double digits finally!

    It looks like a massive loss, but what it is, is everything in my body starting to go back to normal! AF has arrived, started yesterday, and in full today. I feel much more normal again.

    It’s nice to see that in spite of the cravings, I was mostly trending downwards.

    I am officially moving my short term goal to 240. I can’t wait to see 239! Downward and aweigh we go!

    I’m down 2.

    So - to start getting with the program and weighing in like everyone else… If I use my new scale - which I have now figured out weights about 7.5 lbs over the old one…

    212.5/198/135

    Still have a long weigh to go…but I’m so excited about the journey! :grin:

  10. Ok, I constantly feel the need to explain things so here goes…

    I got a new scale - a Tanita scale
    In comparison with my old scale it is weighing me three pounds heavier.
    In light of that I am making an adjustment to my weekly weigh-in numbers.

    The old 160/152/135

    The new 163/155/135

    Either way I lost 3 more pounds this week. That is a total of 8 pounds in the past 5 weeks. I will be using the Tanita from now on because it is more accurate and even though the other weighs me lighter I am all about accuracy with this goal.

    Measurements started 42/33/42
    Today they are 40.5/32/41 I have lost a total of 3.5 inches. WOOHOO!!!

  13. 210/187.4/140 — I’m down 2.6 for the week. I haven’t done my measurements yet so I don’t know how many inches I am down.

  14. Okay, I’m down 6.6 for this week. It looks like a lot, but only about 4 pounds of it is due to my self-discipline, the rest is due to a stomach flu I fought all day yesterday. Not the best way to lose weight, but at least something good came of it!

    Starting weight (August 2005): 333
    Today’s weight: 291.8
    Total loss: 41.2
    This week’s loss: 6.6

  15. 147/146/129 - Lost 2 pounds this week and nice to see the PMS weight drop off. :-) And I’m doing pretty good sticking to the exercise routine.

  17. I’m not officially a member but I’m following you guys and using everyone as motivation. I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks. 1 pound from last week.

  18. I’m late, I’m late… NOT that kind of late, mind you =)

    No change for me this week and I am too tired to think about how to do that formula thingy….. But, I can see a change in my body and I can feel it too. So, this week I really don’t care about the numbers.

  21. Down 1…I think. We did not have a WW meeting this Monday because of the holiday. So, I hope that my scale is right, I would hate to throw myself off. I wasn’t going to weigh-in but since I was summoned….a-hem…here ya go.
