weigh in

So put both feet in
But don’t shake all about!
Come give us your numbers
And we’ll all band and bond
As we head to our weight goals

  1. Maintained this week - neither up nor down. The obvious signs of being starving one minute and nauseous the next. :)

  2. I also have no change this week. Well, I did earlier on(Thursday)when I snuck a peek at the scale, but today, it is right back to where it was last Monday morning.

  6. Hmmm…no change for me this week either. There seems to be a pattern developing. I was down over a pound but then I got my period and that sorta threw everything out of whack.

    According to my daily weigh ins chart, this could have been a “gain” week for me. Thankfully my hard work paid off.

  8. Must be a holding pattern going on with our little group… I stayed the same, too.

    Back to exercise this week and going hard on the Sonoma Diet now that I have read all about it. :)

  9. yikes. i’m also the same, which is actually good considering i’ve been sick and have been subsisting off a steady diet of sprite/orange juice/tomato soup and blueberry muffins.

  11. I’m up 2. :( I think my body went into “let’s stock up” mode after losing 3 pounds last weekend from the stomach flu.

  12. ((HUGS)) Carrie - I’m sorry hon. You know it’s just your body’s survival mode kicking in, holding on to everything for a bit. It’ll let go soon…but I totally understand the disappointment.

  13. Since we have all been doing this for about the same amount of time maybe we are at the stage where we need to mix things up. I read that about 6-8 weeks into a workout routine you need to change the order, intensity, etc. to work past the plateau. So this week I am going to increase my weight in workouts and try for more intense bursts in my walks/runs.

  14. I didn’t go up or down. I even stepped off the scale and back on thinking, seriously this can’t be right. I was down one earlier in the week but I am struggled with the food at my mother-in-law’s bday party.

  15. I can’t believe it, but I’m also the same! Is it in the water?

    I’m thrilled to have stuck to this weight - at least I’m still in the 240s. Next week is our week though, girls. let’s hang in there. I like the idea of mixing it up a bit though. I’m going to try and increase my exercise a bit - since it’s been nearly zero, that shouldn’t be too hard to do!

  17. I am DOWN FOUR whole pounds!!! I was amazed when I saw the scales this morning and even more so after reading all the “I stayed the same”
