… was so much sweeter!
It came from the same lady as last time, and she said “You’ve lost some more weight since I saw you last week haven’t you?” I told her that actually I’d put a bit on, but she was convinced all the same! Maybe it was that fact that my trousers kept needing to be pulled up - I wasn’t wearing a belt like i normally do 
I’d been beating myself up a bit over the last couple of weeks, but she could still see a difference. And that’s what I’m clinging on to right now! (Oh, and I will write about my meeting on Monday, but not till the little one is down for a long nap 
)
