This past week I’ve just been feeling really run down and tired. I’m still stressed/worried/confused about what to do with my job situation, and it all seems to have got to me this past week. I’ve got huge bags under my eyes and at least three painful mouth ulcers. I’ve started taking some vitamin B complext tablets which ought to help with the ulcers - round here you get recommended to eat marmite for ulcers because it’s high in whatever vitamin you need, but since “you either love it or you hate it” and I hate it, that doesn’t really help.
Anyway, what I really wanted to say is that although I haven’t really been around writing on the blog this week I have been reading, and it’s been great to hear what all you guys are up to, and has just encouraged me to keep going with life in general, even though it seems a bit of an uphill struggle at the moment! So, to all of you, and especially those who have been posting, thanks for keeping me going this week
Debs: Girl, I know how you feel! I hate mouth ulcers too! I get them pretty often, and just about the only thing I have found that speeds up them going away is L-Lysine. It is an essential amino acid that helps support your immune system. I usually take 500mg(it is in a capsule form usally), starting off taking 2 or 3 a day when it is really bad, then tapering off until it is gone. Hope next week is a better week for you than this week was!

Oh Debs,
I so wish that we were on the same continent or in the same country rather and then I’d just have to make a special trip and come try and cheer you up and help you out! Know that you have now gone and done it!! You will so be in my thoughts today, tomorrow and probably until we hear that you are feeling better. Are you happy now?
(Just playing with you by the way.)

Hang on Debs!! This situation won’t last forever. And somewhere in the midst of it you are learning lessons that will stand you in good stead later on. I don’t know what they are mind you…but I know there in there somewhere!
Love you!!
