So last week we had 34 comments under Monday weigh-in. I know some commented on Tues. I’m hoping that’s what’ll happen today. Come on gals! I’m not only talking to the members of OWOA! I’ve even tried to convince my husband to start weighing in on Mondays but he’s not having any of that. Isn’t comfortable in a room with a bunch of gals. He’s a shy feller.

Cos it is important 
But seriously, it’s great to keep acountable to each other and share in each others celebration and disappointments. If we don’t know what’s happening out there it’s harder to know the best ways to encourage each other.
