Having done the weighing thing this morning, and faced up to the fact that I had indeed gone up in weight this week (as I expected) I now feel duty bound to share that infornation with you. Just on the off chance that I manage to lose it again by next week, and then don’t feel like sharing it then. Since Blest is again on the road (safe travelling Blest and family) that leaves me no other option other that write my own weigh-in post again. So here it is. Please anyone else feel free to join me in the comments
This week I am at 270.8 which is up 3 from last week.
Not good, but could have been a lot worse! And I’m enjoying the skipping, and can already see a slight improvemnet on how many times I can jump in a row without getting totally puffed out. I’m not building it up too fast because I’ve got a cold at the moment and can feel that my asthma is only just under control.
Debs - I’m so proud of you for keeping up with the weigh-ins! No worries about this slight bobble - it’s a new year and a new day and you are going to jump your weigh to victory!! Just think - this time next year you could be at your goal weight!! Wooooo!!
