Beans really are the magical fruit! And oh, so easy on the budget as well. So, eat your beans at every meal
I say “cool beans” in response to something I like, or agreeing to something, and everyone looks at me like I’m insane (I know I am, but still!) I must have picked the phrase up from somewhere, I just don’t know where!
Oh, and I love eating beans too. Just your post title reminded me about the whole cool beans thing.

I tell ya what… I’ve been eating that “bean soup” that I posted about a few weeks ago (the one with one can drained pintos and one can Mexican Rotels) every single day. I’m ADDICTED to the stuff! It’s usually my lunch. I’m convinced that my weight loss is speeding up because of it. I mean really - 3 pounds gone this past week!! Go beans go!!
