  10. Stayed EXACTLY the same this week but, like Laura, I am getting in better shape and Dan is likin’ that!!! ;)

    Story…

    You know the little part right where your rear end meets the top of your thigh? Well, when you get in shape there is more definition there. In our house we call that “corners.” Dan told me I’ve got my “corners” back this week!!! …just sharin’… :D TMI??? *giggling*

  13. Wow! I don’t have time for personal congrats this morning, but you go girls! This is a great week!

    I’m down a pound from last week, which is ok, since it fluctuates a lot from day to day. I’m eating much more normally now, so hopefully the weight gain will be slow and steady from here on out.

  15. Oops. I forgot to tell you in the e-mail, Blest, that I exercised 4 times, but only made the water goal 1 day. I almost made it a couple other days, but almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

  18. I gained 3 this week. My birthday and then I chose to eat poorly. No excuses. Although I did get 7 days out of 7 for my 80 ounces of water, and I exercised 4 days, which was 4 more than last week. Not looking behind - back to counting points strictly today.

    So here’s Carrie reporting for Team GOAL:

  20. Well this week I am down 2.6 to 280.4.
    My short term goal was to lose 14 by Christmas and I’m only .4 away now. Yay :grin:

    So it’s 294\280.4\160

    (I’ve changed my end goal again. At the moment it all seems a bit of a dream and I seem to be changing my mind each week. Anyway, that seems a good place to aim for. I’ll probably change it again when I get nearer!)

  23. I stayed the same this week, but of course I’ve been laying on my side for five days now, so no wonder. I didn’t exercise for the same reason, but I did manage to get my drinking done every day.

  24. I gained 4 lbs this week.

    I would be very discouraged right now, except for the fact that I am extremely bloated from the hives/edema swelling, and the steroid shot did its thing too. Gonna hang in here. I exercised 3/7 days and got all my water in!

    Love the idea to do memory verses along with weightloss. Our church has a weightloss club (?) called First Place and they do that as well.

  31. Just got home from WW, I lost 4.8 for the week. Not real sure what I did different last week but I am sure gonna try to figure it out to do it again this week. I know that I journaled and wrote down absolutely everything I ate. I am now down 36.2 pounds total.

    Looks like everybody did a great job this week! The thing about weighing in last is I get to see what everybody else did in one big swoop! Way to go ladies!
