And since thanks to Debs I have overcome my pathetic blindness and finally seen the password box to the immediate right… I wanted to share these with you, not to show off (much) but to illustrate a point.
What you see here are pictures from My First Day and Yesterday. I have two more that go in-between. I’ve been aiming to take one every month, each in the same swimsuit and each marked with date and weight. I had no idea when I started how valuable these pics would be to me. When I saw last night’s picture, being very tired and probably hormonal, I was rather depressed. I’m still FAT I thought. That’s a fat lady! Augh! I haven’t gotten anywhere! Stupid huh? Then I uploaded it into the computer and pulled it into Photoshop to add the data. Finally, I moved it into the weight loss folder and, as is my custom, looked at ALL the pics. Then I just looked at Day One and the new one. I put them side by side…and I started to cry. I got just the perspective I needed to move from despair to delight.
That’s why it’s so important to have these pictures, friends. Cause you’re eyes and your mind will lie to you, but the camera won’t. So if you don’t have before shots, take em right now!
