Pilates 101

It hurts to move.
It hurts to talk.
It hurts to breathe.
Windsor Pilates checking in here! I found out several things about myself while trying out this workout this week. #1 - a body this large simply cannot be made to be a pretzel. It isn’t happening. #2 - I need more upbeat music.
Overall though - I would definitely like to master this workout dvd at a different point. But I think a more aerobic workout would be up my alley, with PUMPED UP music to keep my interest. But oh… are my muscles aching! And it was a challenge even doing the most basic workout, but it was good, it was different, and I was challenged!

I love Windsor Pilates! But it is harder to do when I”m heavier, I agree.

Go Kat! I figure even if I’m rubbish at it the first time (for instance this dance cd I got) things can only get better! Also, it’s moving your body that counts, and if you ‘feel it’ afterwards you have done something good, right?!
