  9. Quark is a sort of cheese. The kind you get here is virtually fat free and tastes tangy. It’s a little like ricotta, only less cheesy. Mange tout are snow peas, I think. Green pea things, you eat the pod as well as the peas, hence the name - mange tout is French for eat all.
