Today was a banner day in my weight loss journey. As you may recall, it was the sight of photos taken at VBS that really smacked it home to me that I was….well…way too FAT. This picture is the only one which did not get deleted.
Today my South Beach Mama (as Brandi so aptly termed it 
) and I posed for pictures in front of the VBS “beach”. How apropos!

Oh - I should add that Annie is fifteen years older than I am! She sure doesn’t look it, does she?!! She has lost about somewhere around forty pounds on the Beach.
