We’ve achieved a technorati rank of 245,531 which is out of over 3.5 million blogs, so that’s not bad! 
We’ve posted over 200 recipes!
We’ve been spunked and spunked again!!
We’ve had a lot of fun, made new friends, supported each other through good times and bad, and even forgiven each other a time or two.
We’ve walked, run, danced, swam, jumped rope, zumba-ed, pilate-ed, and sweated…a lot.
We’ve inspired people that we may never even know about.
And….
We’ve lost over 600 pounds!!!*

*note: I can’t give an exact number because not everyone reported in… But it’s definitely over 600! 
And I must add that, in my considered opinion, we’ve achieved my goal of being the best darn weight loss blog on the web - even if we’re not the most well known.
I seen quite a few - and nobody comes close. (and I’d be honest about it if they did, too!)

You right, girl! I seriously don’t know where we would be food/weight-loss-wise without you and this blog. Thanks so much for being so open and honest about your journey.
Thanks to all of you who have been a tremendous support and encouragement for us. I started this JUST to support Bird. Seriously! Now, I feel like OWOA’s biggest fan!

Debs–same here! At first, I called it “One Weigh” for short and I thought Bird’s term “Oh-wa” (good, I know how to spell it now…) sounded funny. But I finally gave in and “oh-wa” is totally a household term for us. When will they add it to the dictionary?
