Biggest Loser (LL)

Does anyone watch that television show The Biggest Loser? I just saw it tonight.

First of all, wow! Those people are so brave to put themselves out there for all the world to see as they sweat and grunt. In their workout clothes!
Second of all, I was surprised at how low the calories allowed for the women were. It has made me wonder how many calories a day I consume, ’cause I don’t keep track at all. I look at fat, fiber, and protein but that’s it. I think I might turn an eyeball that direction. I might just shock myself. ;)

And by the way, while I was watching it, I was doing sit-ups and using my dumbbell. (It was the only way I could justify watching television.) Even my son joined in! Family fitness at its finest. Sorta :)

  1. Cool! - The exercise part, I mean.

    I’ve never seen the show. But they are doing a similar contest here on the military base. If I didn’t live so far from the base - and didn’t have four kids - I would have joined it. But it’s a several day a week commitment and I don’t have that kind of time to be out of the house!
