Zip A Dee Yay! My oh my what a wonderful day!
First, I got my hair cut. And for the first time in years I actually liked looking at my face while she cut my hair. Plus, it’s a great haircut - and one of my proverbs is Never underestimate the power of a woman’s haircut. Then I went to the mall. I had to because my youngest son tried to eat my wedding rings and they are squashed, so I took them to a jeweler to be fixed. While there, I decided to look for a new church outfit since I don’t have any fall/winter dresses. I tried on a slew of 18s in J.C. Penneys. Not women’s 18s mind you, just regular ones. They were too big! Then I went, for the first time, into Coldwater Creek. Not only did they have neat clothes and incredible customer service, but they also had a dress that I liked. I picked up the 18 - and the saleswoman who is my new best friend - said “Oh No no no. You are NOT an 18. How about the 16 petite?” (I think that’s kind of a SPUNK, don’t you?) This incredibly brilliant and discerning lady was very right. It fits and it looks COOL.
I know that many of you will understand that this was a rather emotional day for me. There’s is nothing quite like the knowledge that maybe, just maybe, I can shop in “normal” people stores now. Maybe I don’t have to go to Lane Bryant anymore (except for bras). Maybe I can avoid the Womens’ sections from now on…
Man. I’m happy! 
Blest that is SO AWESOME for you!!! You have been working so hard and now you are starting to reap the benefits. I think we should have a Lane Bryant coupon burning party (unless they are for intimates of course)!

What a fun day! The day that my Mom took me to Lane Bryant and the clothes were to big was HUGE!! Praising with you.

If that outfit was my size (someday!!!) I would so run to your state and TAKE it! It’s beautiful!
