Well, not shaped like one. Just ready to turn into one. Cinderella went to the Ball, y’all. And there are some stories to tell, but not right now. I’m TIRED. I will say this, I started out feeling like I didn’t look nearly as pretty as I wanted to…but by the end of the evening felt much better. And I was a good girl and ate veggies and a chicken breast for dinner - no roll, no rice, no salad dressing, no dessert. On the way home, I got just about the best SPUNK a girl could get. My husband and I were chatting about the weight loss and he said “Yeah, I was watching you (I was dancing the Electric Slide, thank you very much 
) and thinking If that’s what you look like now, what are you gonna look like when you’re done?! Cause that looks good! You ladies just don’t know. My husband compliments me about as often as we have Olympics, okay? (he also never criticizes me, so it evens out) I will live off that compliment for a LONG time. (happy sigh)

Awww! Thanks guys! Now about this electric slide thing… You see, it’s a tradition! They play that at EVERY Ball. It’s the only song I can’t resist. I was talking to the General’s wife on the way out - both of us were like “Well, the slide’s over, we can go home now” She and I both boogie-woogied!
What was really freaky was that the DJ (who was BEEZARRE) also played the Hokey Pokey and the Bunny Hop
Nobody danced to those.
Oh, and Mandi, I was SOOOOO tired. Let’s just say my hubby gets a rain check.

wow, you look FABULOUS. I’m glad you had fun - and I’m jealous. I love to dance, but it’s hard to find occasions to dance at anymore now that we’re all growed up and all that.
