Harken to me as I stand before you in my tights and go-go boots, cape flapping freely! I am Starcaf Debucks, captain of the League Against Fat Fannies! (you can call us LAFF).
The ladies of L.A.F.F. fight with all their might against the evil forces of A.D.I.P.O.S.E. (Anti-Diet Iniquitous Purveyors of Sinful Edibles). We will leave no weight unlifted, no bike unturned, and no pound unshed as we battle our weigh to healthier lifestyles. We turn blind eyes to sugary treats, we strain against the call of those strongholds of A.D.I.P.O.S.E. innocuously known as Fast Food restaurants. We stand strong together and trust in the power of God as we valiantly fight the fat war! And always seeking to find the humor in it all, knowing it doeth good like a medicine, we LAFF!
I and the other Ladies of LAFF will reveal our Superhero identities in the days to come. But for now, I will reveal only our mild-mannered alter-egos.
