Can I get your number?

Okay ladies, you know the drill!! Get on those scales and report!! And today is our first Monday of Team Competition too! So team leaders, I need emails with days exercised and your team name if I don’t already have it. Let’s see who will come out on top this week!!

This week we’re having some good clean fun! Tami is giving away some bars of her natural home-made soap!

  4. Started at 215, checked in last week at 206.6, and checking in this week at…… 201.6!!!! I lost 5 pounds!!!!!

  5. 147/140/129 No change this week. I exercised 3 days. November’s busy-ness is killing me. I’m really looking forward to December, and that’s a first!

  7. Not a great week for me :( My daughter burned her hand while we were baking cookies just over a week ago. It turned into a second degree burn last week - so we’ve been doing dressing changes and fun stuff like that. Then she broke out in hives (still not sure why). Last tuesday the grief monster visited me and it wasn’t pretty at all. I was a mess. Then we decided to go on a weekend trip to Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and Minnesota. So, I spent Friday night and most of Saturday and Sunday in the van. I’d love to say I didn’t overeat at all, I’d love to say I drank plenty of water, I’d love to say I got in lots of exercise….I’d love to say that but, the reality is that I didn’t do so well. No, not as bad as I would have in the past but this was a bad enough week as a whole to have me up 4lbs this morning.

    So, my numbers look like this: 256.6 / 210.6 / 135 - up 4 (ex 2/7).

    This week will be different!

  9. After a week of drinking my water and walk/running 15 miles (6 days of exercise total) I did NOT budge one little bit in weight. I stayed at 155 this week…

    I did, however, lose another 3 inches and my clothes are getting baggier each week. I feel like the scale is not telling the whole story here. I am back on my vitamin supplements, too, and getting to bed earlier. I know it will eventually all pay off but I sure would love to see that scale drop soon.

    I am adding some weight training back in this week, too, so I look for the scale to stay or maybe even go up with that but I need the toning right now, too.

  10. I’m pretty much the same as last week, right at 206. From this point on, I’ll probably be seeing a pretty steady (but hopefully small) increase each week or so. I’m aiming to finish out pregnancy around 225-230, which would be about a 25 pound total gain.

    You ladies are doing great! Keep up the good work!

  13. No change this week. I know why, too. Mostly my fault. And a tiny bit because I’ve been pretty sick for the past four days and couldn’t work out.

    But, on the up side - I did drink over 80 ounces of water 4 out of 7 days. I know, I know, we’re not counting water yet, but this is huge for me, cause that’s an area where I had gotten extremely lax in.

    So, Blair - here’s Carrie reporting in for Team GOAL:

  14. 229 / 224 / 135 DOWN FIVE!!!! Only one day of exercise but I’m taking baby steps as I slowly get back in the weightloss groove :)

  15. I am the same 207.5 but I am happy. Last week on top of walking 30 minutes 4 days I also added a half hour of hard core ab work for 4 days. I didn’t expect to loose since I added the ab work out. I am feeling some hardness under all this flab though!!

  17. Ok, this week I lost 4.4 :-)
    So I’ve now lost 11 altogether.

    with the little number things is the right
    original weight\now weight\aim weight
    If so then
    294\283\200 (I will make the aim lower at some point, but I’ll figure that out once I get a bit nearer!)

  20. Debs, you can program posts to go up whenever. There’s a box on the lower right that says “Post Timestamp” If you check the box that says “edit timestamp” and then put in the date and/or time you want - then when you hit publish it will go into a holding queue until that time. I wrote that post at about 10pm last night. I set it for 4am to catch any early birds! :grin:

  21. Well I did think it was dedication to get up that early. Now if I didn’t work at school on a Monday i’d probably have taken you up on it. Hmmm, 4am would have been 11am (I think) for me. No, I leave for work at 8.30, and then you’d pretty much just be posting it the night before for all you guys. - I’ll stick to weighing in when I get home from work! :grin:

  23. Kat don’t panic, just keep plodding away at it (probably literally) and you’ll get there. We can do it girl! I’ve got no idea really what happened to my 4 pounds this week, (well you know what I mean, I have been trying and all that..!) but I had to weigh myself several times just to check it wasn’t a freak reading. God loves you, and so do we :-)
