A friend at church the other day asked if I’d lost weight. I said, yeah, about twenty pounds so far. I was wearing a new dress, a size 16, but it’s a very small 16. I have to say the dress itself deserves a share of the credit since it’s very figure-flattering. Anyway, I said I still needed to lose about 30. And she said she couldn’t believe it because I looked so thin!
God has a way of sending those little words of encouragement right when I need them!

Someone at church commented to me that I’d lost weight, and that was when I was running around like a mad thing getting all my sunday school stuff ready, and not even thinking about how I looked, that that was really nice
