Breakfast: Two fried eggs and a half a tomato.
Snack: String cheese.
Lunch: Two pieces of deli ham and a slice of mozarella cheese, two boiled eggs and two tomatoes (I LIKE tomatoes
.
Snack: Cashews.
Dinner: Cashew Chicken Stir-fry.
After Dinner Snack: Cheesecake and a double cheesburger …
Just kidding on that last one!

Yer not wasting any time, Bird! I’m assuming the stir fry was homemade? And you counted your cashews, yes?
You’re lucky you like cheese and eggs. I don’t like either. The first two weeks was SO hard for me. Oh - and I love tomatoes too! My grandaddy was a farmer. I used to eat fresh tomatoes like apples. Yum!

Breakfast: 1 cup People Chow (as my hubby calls my Kashi High Protein & High Fiber Cereal) with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drop of maple and 1 cup skim milk
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: Tuscany Lentil Soup and 1/2 cup of whole strawberries
Snack: Lemon/Parm Asparagus
Dinner: Sesame Marinated Flank Steak
1/2 cup whole grain wild rice, 2 cups steamed broccoli with a little lowfat cheddar cheese
Treat: 1 piece dark chocolate
Calories: 1408
Usually I would do a tofu substitution, but tonight is “Meat Night” - a twice weekly event! And oh, what a great night it is, yum.
Also, I HAVE to measure my food. I love healthy food and typically make good choices, but I just cannot get it in my mind what the right serving size is. Too many years of Mom making my plate and forcing me to eat all of it, I guess.

Yes, it was homemade and YUMMY! Brandi counted my cashews … I’m no good at counting.
