In my previous post I mentioned Jim and Tanya Ryno. I’ve been privileged to be emailing back and forth with them (mostly Tanya) over the past few days as I obsessed researched Podfitness and the Podfitness Challenge. Tanya blogs here - about fitness and other interesting things. Gotta love bloggers! Make sure you stop by and say Hi!
She told me about an interesting resource for fitness and exercise: Traineo . I’m still poking around on it. But so far I’ve seen some interesting features. First of all, traineo is FREE. Free is good. You sign up for an account and you can connect in several of your friends to be your “motivators”. Interesting concept! The people you choose will get emails on your progress - and I’m not sure what else. I didn’t put anyone in yet…but I was thinking it might be interesting to do that with small groups made up of OWOA people. On the other hand, we’re already pretty busy here on this site…
There are other resources on traineo as well. Places to log your diet and exercise. Lots of articles and tips. And many message boards to look for more info. I already dropped by the podfitness chat to see what others were saying about it….
Anyway, check it out!
Blest, the Traineo link isn’t working

Hey… it’s Tanya. FYI - the podfitness group that is on the traineo site is not their official group. That’s more of a questions and answer type thing… actually I don’t know much about that. But I do know that Podfitnss is making an official site on traineo for challenge members. Something more informative. Hope that helps.
