Hello, I am Kellie. I am orginally from Northeastern Ohio but have lived in El Paso, Texas for almost 4 years complimetents of my wonderfully hubby’s job. I have been married to Eric for almost 13 years, who is also on this weight loss journey with me. I have 3 children, Emma 9, Kaleb 6, and Kaiya Rose 5.
I am a social worker by trade and currently work as the Assistant Director of our church nursery. Let me just say that Blest is even crazier in person, but I sure do love her kids(and her!!).
I have struggled with my weight since jr. high school and have been very heavy my entire adult life. I am commited to losing 180 lbs in order to be healthy, happy, here for my kids, and to give my girls the correct image of a healthy body.
I have followed the site since the start but was to afraid to comment. You have all inspired me and I look forward to sharing this exciting time in our lives together.

Kellie - Where at in Northeastern Ohio did you live?? I live in Ohio (in Canton) and just wondered. Welcome to the group. I also have a Kaeleb (we both spelled with a “k” i just threw in an “e” as well). And just in case anyone is interested we have about 1 1/2 feet of snow right now. =O)

I used to live in El Paso (I think from 1984-1993). I went to Morehead Jr High, Coronado High and UT El Paso. I haven’t been back there in so long, as I have no family there now but oh, how I miss the Leo’s Restaurant Chicken Tostadas.
