computers are evil tempter (Anita)

But we all knew that, right?

I have a hard time sitting at my computer without eating or drinking. I’ve eaten carrots, I’ve drunk some tea.

Now, I’m brushing my teeth in hopes that it will keep anything else from tasting so good! Only another hour or so of work that I need to do and then I’m stepping away to do something that makes me move instead of sit.

  2. Here here - when I sit down to write I always crave something to munch on?? I’ve been chewing gum or sipping tea, water or diet (caffeine free) soda…it’s not the same but it helps lol. Stay strong Anita!

  3. My husband has this “if I’m sitting still I have to eat” habit, and he’s taught it to our daughter. I’m having a tough time teaching her to distinguish between actual hunger and just wanting to eat because she’s watching TV or playing on the computer.

  4. This is my first visit to your blog, but I just wanted to say….I have lost 21.8 lbs since Jan 1st and I tend to drink lots of Hot Water, while sitting at the computer. It has the comfort factor of tea or coffee, but no calories and gets the water intake up! You can put a bit of lemon in if it is too bland for you.

    Keep up the great work!!
