Heart to beat

heart.jpgI wasn’t going to announce the Happy Heart winner until tomorrow - but since we already know who won….

Here’s the final scoreboard!

Blair….97 points and 9.2 lbs lost!

Tami….96 points and 11 pounds lost!

Jana….84 points and 4.2 pounds lost!

Anita….74 points and 2 pounds lost!

Blest….73 points and 8.2 pounds lost!

Sarah….68 points (she didn’t lose any - but she only weighs 126 anyway! :wink: )

LadyLaura….66 points and 3 pounds lost!

Bethany….45 points and 20 pounds lost!

Debs….42 points and 4.2 pounds lost!

D’aun….27 points and 5 pounds lost!

Congratulations Blair - and Everyone!! As a group, the Ladies of OWOA and our friends have lost 103.4 pounds since January 8th! Weigh to Go!!!

  7. Hi Cristina! Welcome!

    When we weigh in we use this:
    Starting weight/Current Weight/Goal Weight

    For example, mine is 212.8/156.2/135

    And this scoreboard is for a five week exercise challenge we just concluded. Points were earned for every 15 minutes of heart pumping exercise, with a maximum allowed of four points a day. It was COOL, if I say so myself! :wink:

    We always weigh-in on Mondays and you’re welcome to weigh in with us if you want to play along. :grin:
