Hooray, a weigh-in early enough for a UK morning. Thanks Blest. My stats are 200/183.8/160. I’m down 4.8 from last week, which is great! Just shows me it’s better to stick to the plan and not cheat. Today Phase 2 starts in earnest and I’m going to learn from my mistakes, go slowly with bringing in the carbs and stick to it.
Incidentally, all my trousers are on the verge of falling down. I bought a belt last weekend which will keep some of them going a bit longer, but the belt-loop-less ones will be no good soon. Hooray!

216/196/145 3.5 pounds lost this week, which brings me to a grand total of 20! Now to get rid of the next 20!
Eh. Log me in for a measly 9 heart points. Hopefully, I will get my act together this week. It’s supposed to be sunny. These cold, rainy all day, days haven’t been good for my exercise.

210/177/140 - I’m down 4.6 this week. I have only 4 happy heart points. Yesterday it was -16 here and I can tell you my heart was NOT happy! I think I almost got frostbite walking from my van to the church building…..my fingers were bright red and took almost 2 hours to warm up. I’m SO READY for spring when I can be outside running again!

“Natasha” - who is my good friend Sarah - just called me from her car to weigh-in. (she’s traveling) Her weight stayed the same at 126. She earned 15 points.
Of course, now that I told her that, although I don’t care about winning the Happy Heart, I want to beat her - she’s all fired up. Oops.

Although it was looking like 138 earlier in the week, but a birthday celebration for a friend nixed that.
17 exercise points.
But my hip is bugging me again. I think I’m going to have to lay off the treadmill for awhile, again. Boohoo. But I’ve been doing a lot of core ball exercises and I can see it making a difference on my abs. Yeah. Plus, I’m still riding the bike and my legs are getting strong.

I’m at 269.4 which is 1.4 up from last week. I could say that’s just time of the month, but more likely, or indeed is actually down to having a poor eating week. Feel a bit like I’m hitting a brick wall with it all at the moment, but will keep trying.

Blest - way to break through your mini weight stall. Keep pressing on and the weight has no choice but to go.
Debs - we all have less than ideal weeks but you have to keep fighting. Don’t let the food win - it has no power over you but what you give it…so, take back the power! It’s time to start moving OUT of those 260’s. If you have to tape a sign to every tempting food in your home that says, “I wanna see 259!” then do it! So, take a sledge hammer to that brick wall and let’s get back on track

No change so am a bit frustrated. Went swimming this week but not much else in the way of exercise. Too much other stuff to do. Don’t really know how or where to fit it in. At least the builders have gone (fitting our new roof) so dont have to be around for them which may free up a bit of time. Am tired too, its nearly half term hoiday which is good. When I get tired I confuse tiredness with hunger. Does that happen to anyone else?
