212/188/185…down 2 pounds this week Happy Heart…22pts. I am very proud of myself for even these 22 pts. I have been sick for 9 days now and pushed myself. Normally if I would have felt as bad as I have I would use it for an excuse to not exercise. I am also thrilled to report that I manage 3 miles in 39 mins so I have 7 mins to shave in the next 1 1/2 months.
My Monday morning has begun rather horrid…toilets won’t flush…kids grumbling…we overslept…please God, help my attitude…

Ok, sorry to be such a slug today. Ha! Erik just came downstairs telling me he almost mistook diaper rash ointment for toothpaste…ok, now that was funny - I needed a laugh - maybe today is on the upswing already
Okay, if we can count every day of the week then I have more points…. I just thought that we couldn’t count more than 4 pts a day 6 days. Blest, help out here. If I add up all my points from working out than I have 27. Still not enough to beat Blair but I’m cool with that. Like I said I am so proud of my achievements including working out while sick. (when I say sick I don’t mean one of these colds going around either. I mean we’re thinking of investing in some of the tp companies.)
Tami - Maybe what I said was confusing…I got a minumum of one hour of exercise in a day for seven days…hence the 28 pts. On five of the days last week I managed an additional 15 minutes each day. If I counted those…I would have 33pts this week but we can’t count those so I didn’t. I’m sorry you’ve been sick - I hope you’re feeling better really soon.

Blair - Thanks but I don’t think I did much work (most of my points came from shoveling snow). The only work I’ve really been doing in regards to my weight loss is math — yup counting calories (and taking a good multi and Omega 3-6-9 everyday). I’m doing 1600 cal a day (my husband is doing 1800). You and Tami and Jana have WORKED!! Way to go!

Yay! 200/182.2/160 Down 1.8. I’m on phase 2 so I’ve slowed down, which I’m actually relieved by. I did worry it was all coming off too fast. Lots of people at church yesterday noticed I’d lost weight and complimented me on how good I looked. I like it when that happens!
Mandi - I guess I see tracking your food and keeping it under control as “work” as well lol. I consider it work anyway because it certainly isn’t easy for me….I’d rather work out any day than monitor my eating Although these days I’m having to do both

ok down this week at last. 220/190.2/175 Down 3.6. It has ben hard work since Jan 1st but the genereal trend is down, 6 lb in 6 weeks. It will be nice to get into the 180’s soon I hope. Well done everyone.

I’m on WW now, doing low-carb choices with it, but I need help with portions. I’ve had success with WW before, and I am happy to have made a decision about diet.

I missed my weigh in today, so I don’t know where I am! Probably about the same.
I got 5 points last week. It would have been more since I joined a gym with FREE CHILDCARE!!! but we all got sick
