Do you ZUMBA?

Well, I did it, I completed this week’s challenge by participating in a ZUMBA class. I was originally going to do a yoga DVD that I haven’t done in 3 years, but I remembered that my gym had just recently started offering this new class and I decided to try it out.

Wow, it was great! Lots of hip action!

What is ZUMBA? It’s an aerobic workout. Dancing to the beat of Latin and International music. It’s got lots of salsa and merengue steps. So, not only can I get my exercise in and burn calories by doing ZUMBA…I’ll be ready to go out dancing once I drop some of this weight!
