For the challenge (Katherine)

The first challenge … This week I tried Tae-Bo for the first time. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. It was a nice addition to working out. I think I’ll continue with it by doing my Walk Away The Pounds 2-mile and then do the Tae-Bo on Monday,Wednesday and Friday. Then I’ll do just the 3-mile Walk on Tuesday and Thursday. I’ll give that a try this week and see how it goes.

  1. I noticed the link to walk away the pounds on the side bar yesterday and took a look, but was wondering if someone could tell me a bit more about it and what it’s like and stuff like that, so your post came at just the right time!
    Welcome by the way - I don’t remember seeing your name around before, but that’s really cool. It’s great to have you join us for this challenge :grin:
