More good stuff

Not sure any of you are interested in such things but here are some more links of interest.

Kraft Foods has a weight loss program (of course they are selling product but you can modify or make any of this stuff on your own or buy the generic or favorite brand if you like) They have some great recipes and cater to South Beach, Vegetarian, and Low Fat diets.

Here is a fun link where you can type in your address and map out your walking or running path and find out how far it is. It is called Map My Run.com

Need a personal trainer for free??? Just ask and I might be able to help you design a plan for you if you are looking for one.

Don’t forget about strength training. It is crucial as we get older to work those muscles and bones out.

Wanta start with a very basic 10 minute workout and add as you go??? I used this video after all my babies but it is great for those who have not exercised in quite a while or maybe never. It is Cindy Crawford and Kathy Kaehler and it is a great overall fitness video. If you like Kathy you will enjoy her site
