Lots of us are right around that 40 mark and if you are not you are going to be in the next few years so I thought this was good for us all. The key is to set a goal for getting moving and raise the bar as you meet your goals. I am planning on seeking out some walking and running events along the way to keep me striving for higher. Your goals may be holding that Pilates position for a bit longer or adding five minutes a week to your time on the treadmill or stationary bike. Whatever it is raise the bar each week and you will find yourself getting stronger and leaner as you go. Keep up the great work girls!!! We shall triumph!!!!!
