Ok, I’ve weighed in, and now that I know my weight I know I should drink apx. 110 ounces of water today. SO, I thought I would challenge y’all to try to hit your water goals today! So, if you want to do this with me, then post your goal of ounces below and then let us know if you met your goal!
FYI: water, juice, milk, and decaf tea count. However, you shouldn’t count your caffeine drinks in the total as they act as a diuretic! If your water tastes ‘treated’, lemon will get rid of the chlorine taste (and it’s good for you). AND, it uses more calories when your water is cold!
I’m in! According to that calculator - I have to drink 140 ozs!! (I have to drink more, I think, due to living in a high altitude desert and drinking coffee)

I can’t get results from the calculator but I am going for 100 ozs a day.
I better get drinking!

My standard goal is somewhere between 64 and 128 oz./ day.
I actually don’t count beverages that include calories (or caffeine as you mentioned) toward my totals though.
Raising my glass!! I’ve already downed over 40 oz this morning )

165 ounces - and guess what? I’ve been naughty and haven’t had any yet.
Off I must run… to go guzzle up!

Ok I’ve lost count 3 times already how many glasses of water I’ve drank.
So - how do you all keep count?
Tomorrow - this is my plan… 1 gallon jug= 128 ounces. So once that gallon is gone - I will drink 2 more 16 ounce glasses and I’ll be set.
Shew - who wants to be that we all have the best complexions ever??!?!

I’m only at 60 ounces… only 1/2 weigh (ha ha) there. {{groan}} I think one of the benefits of all this water is ALL the exercise one gets from running to the bathroom all the time.
Hey, that’s an idea! If you have a two story house, only use the upstairs bathroom so you have to go up and down everytime you need to go! Obviously I live in a one-story! (hee hee)
