About AJ

Morning Girls!

I’m so happy to be joining you on this blog! Losing weight surely is a pain in the patootie, esp for someone like me who prefers ice cream, instant gratification, and birthday cake! HOWEVER, yesterday afternoon I went shopping for some new clothes.

Enough said.

My goals in this are simple.

I no longer want to feel my boobs resting on my tummy. In Texas we live in a perpetual state of *hot* and I am tired of having to do the “tuck and drive” (when I tuck my shirt under my boobs while driving. Cuts down on the sweat) for comfort.

I want to feel good about myself! Energy! Motivation! Spontaneity!

I want to set an example for my girls.

Finally, I am done being consumed with what I think I’m supposed to look like. Laying this at the feet of the Father! Let’s see what happens.

I’ve been doing this here in northeastern Washington this summer!

  8. AJ that is so funny. I too have to tuck, but unfortunately I think my boobs are here to stay.

  9. ROFL - I know all about tuck and drive….and “tuck and mop” and fold clothes and ….etc.

Yes, Texas has two seasons…hot and “not.as.hot” with a few ice days and tornados thrown in for variety.

    Welcome AJ!
