book

About 10 years ago I realized I had issues with food in a really big way. I ate to stuff feelings and felt myself growing more and more out of control. It was at that time that I came across a book called Love Hunger. I devoured that book in a matter of two days and then went back through it more slowly to work on the exercises. That was, quite possibly, the best money I ever spent on a book. I believe it is the reason I never made it to 400 pounds! I have still struggled with getting weight off after babies and getting back into clothing but not like I would have if I had not addressed some of those issues with food and family and stressa and eating to sedate myself and all. I highly recommend this book if you are sorting out feelings and emotions in order to lose that weight. It has a book and now a workbook that I did not have when I went through it. It helped me trememdously!!!
