How do you do it? I’m starving all the time. I ate a handful of Goldfish yesterday. Why do they have to make those little things so yummy?
Food. I need food. Help!

Well personally, when I chow down on Fishies I end up with severe intestinal cramping and marathon bathroom sessions…so I’m learning to resist them! (ha!)
How about making some fresh pico/salsa and some baked tortilla chips? I can give you recipes if you need ‘em.
Also, eat Asparagus!! (see my post about roasted Asparagus…)

This is where ants-on-a-log come in well for me. They require a lot of chewing (celery), salty (peanut butter), and sweet (raisins).
Handfuls of raw sunflower seeds or nuts work too.
And as blest said, salsa (black bean/corn for me) and tortilla chips are also great.

Almonds seem to be my appetite curber of choice these days. You can and should listen to your body in these matter but just choose wisely when you do snack. Do you have a list of approved snack foods on your plan? Use them at this time of the month more.

I’m with everyone else - you don’t need to be hungry - eat something but make a good choice.
