    195/192/150 This was down 2 pounds from last week (194).

    Now I am motivated to exercise tonight.

    I totally do not deserve that but I suppose we must have weeks like this.

    Unfortunately, I could be up next week too (I weigh officially on Fridays) since I allowed myself to get under the circumstances and overate this past weekend. Hopefully I can do some damage control.

  8. You can do it, Blair. I think I have one of these weeks coming up. My ds has an appointment with the developemental ped. and I am nervous about it. I think I will be tempted to medicate with food.

    Current weight: 194.6
    Goal weight: 140

    I’m UP .6 this week (from 194 last week). Earlier in the week I was down a little over 2 lbs…but then it creeped back up. I took my measurements and I lost another 4 1/2 inches so I am hopeful that I truly am gaining muscle and shedding some fat.

    PS: My husband smacked my bottom at Walmart yesterday so surely it is looking better. ;O)

    Last week I was up, but this week I’m down TWO! And that’s with a McDonald’s attack in there! Just think what I could have done without that…

    That’s it, I am not letting one thing pass these lips that I don’t want to wear on my thighs! :)

  14. Now see…there is a reason I posted that verse this morning - besides just that it made me laugh.

    I weighed on both my scales this morning. My new scale shows that I haven’t changed AGAIN. Another week with no loss despite six days of intense workouts and 100% adherence to eating plan.

    My old scale - after I meticulously zeroed it - shows me down three for a total of ten pounds gone in four weeks.

    I hope you’ll understand that I’m a-goin’ with the second scale!!!

    I mean really - what would you do?!
    ps - and yes, I’m finally seeing some difference in my clothes. Look for an exciting announcement about clothes later today or tomorrow!

  17. Well…since I last posted a comment, I have gotten my husband to do WW with me!!! Yippee!!! Even with his help and staying on plan, I did gain…but it was only a gain of point 2 (.2)
    It was the time of month for me this past week and I think that’s why I had the slight gain. No biggie…I’m keeping on keeping on and I’ll lose this weight!

  21. 147/147/129. I think I may have gained a little. My scale is not digital so it’s hard to tell. I’ll just go with staying the same.

    But with only being able to work out 3 days last week and then my husband’s high school reunion over the weekend, oy. There were planned activities both Friday and Saturday night and both had not very good taco bars. What’s up with the lack of imagination?

    Plus, it was 5 hours of sitting in the car to get there on Friday. Several hours of sitting, visiting the inlaws on Saturday and then another 5 hours of sitting to get back home yesterday. I’m just grumpy enough today to start a fight with all of that bad junk food that does no one any good. I’m going to go look for some lo-cal veggies today. Grrr.

    I’m not surprised. And it’s going to get worse before it gets better. I am having some trouble with my cycle and am in perpetual PMS land. And I have to start progesterone tomorrow to help me eventually get out of this perpetual PMS land. So it will be at least 2 weeks of bloated carb craving.

    gonna have to be very very good to see the scale go down. And I want to hit that short term goal! I want to be under 250 again! And start working on 240.

    It seems so slow sometimes, but then I remember I would probably be heading upwards instead if not for trying, and praying.

  24. Tracy, are you using the progesterone cream??? I LOVE MINE!!!!! It is much safer than the pill form and my crazy symptoms went away within the first month. I also lost about 6 pounds once I started on it. Just curious… :D

  25. Can I play? My husband and I officially started our life style change last Monday and I was 229 and am now 222. Honest, I’ll actually take a picture of the scale!! I never thought I’d say something like that!
