You know, if we like this poor cow that we’re shrinking, we need to name her. Suggestions?
Anyway, whatever her name is, yesterday we definitely took her down a notch! Weigh-In participation was really good! Not counting our out-of-town Tracy, we had 75% “attendance” and one shrinking non-member! Thank you so much to all of you for weighing and playing! As a team, we lost Twenty-Two and a Half pounds!! That’s better than the previous week, even with a few who gained!! Great work, Ladies!
Now keep mooo-ving forward! Let’s beat that number next week and shrink that cow!
