Weigh in


Okay Ladies it is that time again!! Maria here this week. Post your weigh-in results. For the second week in a row we have a prize to offer for one lucky poster. This weeks winner will receive a copy of The Pampered Chef’s Season’s Best Cookbook and a Quick-Cut Paring knife!

  3. I’m down .8 lbs. I’m trying to maintain right now while we see where this pregnancy is headed, but I can already tell that not giving in to emotional eating is going to be a HUGE challenge!!! I’ve had a couple days already where I found myself slipping right back into the old patterns. And gaining a huge amount because of bad eating isn’t what I want. I need to try to eat healthy, with appropriate (not huge) portions, just more frequently. I’ll definitely be turning to all of you for support!

  5. 210/190.0/140- I’m down 4.6 lbs this week and I lost 6.5 inches. This brings my total weight loss to 20 lbs!!

  9. I’m up a couple pounds this week … we had a big weekend! :) But, I’m not going to beat myself up, but work on having a good week instead. :)

  12. 260/251/130(250) down two.

    I’m actually disappointed in a way - I had hit 250 earlier this week, but I’m so bloated from progesterone that I went back up. Oh, well, I’m hanging in here, and look forward to a big loss once I’m done with this PMS stuff :-)

  15. Stayed the same this week and I am PMSing. That is amazing for me because I usually go up 2 to 5 pounds during this time. My new eating and exercising is staving off the horrible symptoms I usually have. I am happy staying the same considering… :)
