Now back to talking about food. I’m eating a slice of raw zucchini right now - and it’s actually pretty good. In the toaster oven are layered slices of zucchini and tomato sprinkled with salt and pepper. I’m going to bake ‘em a little and then sprinkle on a little mozzarella. Now THAT’s a snack!
