    Up 0.6, which isn’t bad considering I’ve been on 5 planes, in 3 states, and in 5 airports in the last week.

    But now… it’s time to break the 136 plateau!

  2. I am down .8, which isn’t much, but is down, so I’ll take it!
    I am still 0.2 above my lowest point from a couple of week ago, but seem to be going in the right direction.
    294/261.2/260 (short term goal - so close! Really want to break through into the 250s)

    It was a bad workout week and I probably ate more than I should have for Easter. Of course, I didn’t cheat! ;-)

    Next week will be better.

    Down 2.5! It was so different going to a holiday celebration with the family and not pigging out. I think I was able to enjoy the people more since I wasn’t so focused on the food and I definitely felt a lot better.

    Pray for me, I always given up when I hit my first plateau. I am trying really hard, but getting a little discouraged. I am hoping that starting the C25K this week will get me over it.

    I drank all 72.5 oz of water for 5 days for sure and I think I did on Saturday. But I was so busy Sunday, I forgot to eat most of the day, much less drink!

  12. Missy, if you didn’t eat much yesterday it could just be your body wanting to hold onto stuff just in case it doesn’t get much today either. If you know you’re busy could you prepare some healthy snacks in advance to help you have something to eat if you get a moment?
    Actually, that gives me an idea - lets all share quick snack/meal ideas this week, and then we’ll have new things to try. I’ll have a think what I can post…

    Down 1.8 which I am really pleased about. :-)
    Thought I might go up again as last week was a biggish jump and I was ill. But I didn’t. 170’s here I come.
    I did my water most days. I think Friday I forgot to drink so much, my ankles were swollen at the end of the day. It was being out and about really that was the problem.
    Still not bouncing with energy after last week’s virus. Now it hurts to cough but I need to quite often. :-( Fortunately am off work for another week.
    Have been having a good wardrobe clearout this week but that’s for a post on its own. Soon.

    I drank all my water.

    I guess I can’t complain about .6 although I sure would like to be down more. I was down more, until yesterday. :) I gave in to the chocolate and it was good, although it made me feel crummy. You know, I get a lot of headaches and since I started this challenge, I only eat chocolate on my 1 free day and I’ve noticed that’s when I get a headache. I’ve already read that chocolate can be a trigger and I always thought, not for me…but guess I was wrong. Gotta practice moderation when it comes to chocolate.

    I’ve been lingering in the 228’s for the last 3 weeks…next weigh in…I WILL have gotten out of these 228’s and gotten closer to my short term goal!

  15. Hey guys - I’m still on a self-induced hiatus from the scale (you’ll have to check out my blog for the long version). Anyway, I wanted to come on over and tell you guys how great you’re doing :) I did drink more than enough water this week also (which isn’t that big of a chore for me).

    Anne - I think you did pretty well, all things considered - looking forward to cheering you past that mark.

    Debs - down is down and that’s all that matters lol. Keep on groovin’ and you’ll get below your low :)

    Bekki - woohoo, those 160’s are close indeed - can’t wait to see you break on through to the other side.

    Kellie - I really know how frustrating that can be - hang in there girl ((hugs))

    Bird - a pound is a pound is a pound - but you know that. Good work.

    Brandi - great job!

    Anita - way to maintain despite the holiday!!

    Missy - ((hugs)) praying that you’ll get a second wind and bust through. Remember, no matter what the scale says (and it is sometimes and outright liar) your body is ALWAYS changing.

    Kimberly - have I mentioned how great it is to have you back? Anyway - congrats on the pound!!

    Elly - sending up “get well” prayers for you ((Hugs)). I had a bug last week myself. Great job on your weigh in this week! Oh and thank you so much for your kind comments over at my blog ((hugs)).

    Cristina - chocolate gives me headaches too….but for some reason I still eat it…ugh lol. You’re doing really well girl - keep it up!! Have I told you I’m proud of you?? I saw some pics from Erik’s last day at HV the other day and I think I figured out which one is you…tee hee.

    Alrighty gals (oh yeah, and bird) - I’ve got lessons (oh we’re sooooo close to being done this year) and cleaning and I need to plan out my meals for the week. Hope you all had a lovely resurrection celebration day - ours was weird (first time away from family for EASTER) but still special.

    Still trying to get my feet under me after being sick and having 2 sick kids last week. This week HAS to be better though and that’s good news!

  19. 210/172.8/135 — I’m a bit peeved this morning. Yesterday morning I weighed 168.4…putting be down 2.4 for the week. This morning I get on the scale and I’m up 4.4 FROM YESTERDAY!!! Okay I did not eat that much yesterday. I was a very good girl. The only thing I can think of is I am massively retaining water from the salty ham. What other possible reason could there be for gaining 4.4 lbs in less than 24 hours? I’m going to be drinking lots of water today and eating asparagus (YUM!).

    Up two pounds, but yesterday when I weighed myself I hadn’t gained a thing, so methinks it was the Easter overindulging. And I did. Overindulge. A lot. So this morning I’m back at it, starting with a nice walk. I’m so ready for the 170s.

  22. So I emailed Blest and said I was shutting the computer down this morning but I have a couple minutes. It has been a very productive day so I thought I’d log in real quick.

    212/182/145ish. That brings me down 3 this week. I also dranks lots and lots and lots of water.

    Down 1 pound. And I drank all my water.

    I didn’t have any trouble not eating yesterday. My root canal tooth was giving me a lot of trouble. I couldn’t eat anything solid, and I was up most of the night crying. Fortunately, the dentist was able to see me 1st thing this morning and I’m feeling much better. He’s going to finish the job on Wed.

    Just as a side note, I would not recommend a root canal as a weight loss tool.

    Argh! I worked out like a maniac and barely lost anything!! Craziness! I wasn’t super careful about what I ate though…no big time blowing it, but larger portions and too many cashews….that sort of thing. I had about three small malt eggs too. Ah well. I’m out of the 190’s finally.

    Got my water. :D
