Drinking Game!! (Blest)

It’s time for this week’s QOM challenge!  Get ready, get set, GO! (and go, and go, and go!)

It’s time to drink that water, ladies and gents! (not that it ever ISN’T time to get your water)  Here’s the deal.  First, you must go to the Hydration Calculator and take the quiz (why does the word whiz automatically come to mind?) to find out your recommended water intake.  Here are the results I got:

95 ounces of water today, or 2.9 liters.
If you eat a healthy diet, about 20 percent of your water may come from the foods you eat. If you eat a healthy diet you can drink 76 ounces of water today, or 2.3 liters.

Now notice that it says that if I eat a healthy diet - which I do! - I can go for 80% of my recommended amount - or 76 ounces.  There’s your goal figure.  Not my result, of course, but from yours.  Whatever that 80% number is for your quiz, I want you to get that amount at least FOUR days this week.  And keep track of how you feel…other than desperate to find a potty  :wink:  .

  4. Wowie Kozowie! I need 117 ounces a day! And that is IF I eat a healthy meal!! I had a fever this morning though…I’m gonna re-figure when it’s gone!(I probably got close to that yesterday…)

  5. Mine says 75.2 oz. I have been doing really well with 64 oz since posting last week and feel great. Another glass and a half and I’m there. Good thing I’ve been practicing!

  6. It says I need 78 oz. of water a day, not counting healthy meals. I drink nearly a gallon a day, or close to 128 ounces. Does that mean I am drowning myself? :)

  8. Mine is 107 which I reckon I get most days easily anyway - I think I’m a bit addicted to drinking water! I’ll have to keep an offical record and see just how much it is (although I very much doubt it’ll be less than that :-) )

  9. Mine said 176.5 ounces a day. How fat does that make me. I thought I was doing great with my 64-80 ounces a day!
