My sis and bro joined the Beach last week. So far my brother has dropped 15 pounds! My sister is not reporting her loss because she doesn’t have a scale. (She estimates 10 pounds, but she’s not 100 percent sure. She started out weighing on me and Brandi’s scale.) I love conversions! :-p

I actually do have a scale, I just don’t know how it compares to your’s. I know it registers a few pounds less than your scale. If I go by what your scale said the first day compared to what mine said this morning, then I’ve lost 17 pounds, but I knowthat’s not true!
Anywho, just wanted to say hi to everyone. I’ve been lurking for a couple months now and figured it’s about time I come out of the darkness and say hello. So, “HI YA’LL!”

I keep toying with the idea of doing south beach. I can’t decide. It would be such a big stretch for me, but I think it would do the job really quick. Hmmm. Anybody have any suggestions for me? I guess I should read the book. Right now I am on no plan and just exercising, and that isn’t doing enough fast enough. Can you tell I am an instant gratification girl?

Blest, I am called Boo. That’s one of the many nicknames Bird has bestowed upon me over the years. I put Debbie instead of Boo because that nickname still has the knack of making me feel like a seven-year-old, even though I will be TWENTY-SEVEN next week.
