A couple of weeks ago someone did a ‘works for me wednesday’ which was all about splitting up your plate into different bits for different portion sizes. I guess this is the high-teck version!

Hmmm, a personlized plate. Now there’s a thought! I can imagine all sorts of naughtly, off-limits foods. Ahem, I mean good for you vegetables. Ha.
