Lord Help me to be Strong (Kellie)

Well my 9 year old left for church preteen camp this morning.  I am so sad and happy at the same time.  She is so excited to be going and will be able to draw closer to the Lord and really step out in faith this week, which makes me happy.  However, she is my little girl and man am I going to miss her.  We are not able to talk to them so there will be 3 days in which I do not hear her voice.  This will be a first for me.  Oh man here I go crying again. 2. Yeah well…blest is actually enjoying the peace in the home!  No one trying to be the parent but me. No one telling the little ones how they can and can not play, sing, dress, think, or talk… Ahhhhh.

   And yet, driving home from piano, there seemed a strange void in the car and I missed the little man.

4. Yes, Emmy and Dan left about an hour ago… *sigh* What a long week of testosterone laden days with just mommy and three VERY active boys.  A play day and some mommy chat may be in order for my sanity… ???

6. Now, about that eating thing… STOP!!! Find something else to fill that void and know that she is in FANTASTIC hands. I know many of the counselors and Phil and Leslie and their girls (camp host family) are AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! The kids will have a magnificent time!!!
